Ulm, Judenhof


An der Ecke Schlegelgasse, Judenhof stand eine mittelalterliche Synagoge in Ulm, die angeblich im Jahr 1349 zerstört worden sein soll. Jedoch gab es auch danach noch bis etwa 1500 eine jüdische Gemeinde in der Stadt.

In Ulm at the Judenhof near the famous Munster (pictures from year 2000) (Jews court” in medieval times was a synagogue, destroyed in 1349, as it is told. However until 1500 there was a Jewish community in medieval Ulm, which most likely had at least one other synagogue.
