Die perfekte Pessach Pizza


Matza shmura (מצה שמורה) as base layer, use some olive oil to soften it somewhat cover it with anything what makes a kosher and good pizza. The basic recipe פיתה already is mentioned in the Talmud – of course not in a Passover version.

Wie macht man die perfekte Pessach – Pizza ..? Ganz einfach: Matza schmura besorgen (oder vor Pessach selbst backen), etwas mit Oliven – Öl bestreichen, um den Boden weicher zu machen (kein Wasser, da sonst die Matzen aufweichen und zerfallen) und nun mit allem belegen, was an Pessach koscher ist, gefällt und schmeckt.
